Rwandan flag carrier, RwandAir has discovered in the Nigeria air travel market, saying it is a major traffic zone for airlines in the continent.

The airline said despite the economic challenges, the market remains committed to the air travel sector.

RwandAir Country Manager, Ibiyemi Odunsi, said last financial year was a good outing for the airline on the Nigerian route, as its revenue grew and passenger traffic was the highest in terms of growth in the RwandAir Network.

According to Odunsi, Nigeria passengers have demonstrated patronage and commitment to the airline, she said it was time to give back to them with more quality services and competitive fares.
